Nestled near Peebles Island State Park, this riverside residential community offers easy access to hiking, kayaking and the slower pace of life at the water’s edge. Designed for those drawn to quiet living and a connection to nature, the identity reflects a sense of considered ease.

Created for Aker Companies, the branding draws on rich, earthy tones from the surrounding landscape, with subtle nods to trail ephemera and river forms. Custom numerals, inspired by the movement of water, mirror the river forms used across the collateral — creating a subtle thread that runs through the entire identity.
