The Hoxton, Portland

Part of the open-house hotel series, The Hoxton Portland takes cues from the city’s streets and neighbourhoods. Ornately engraved metal door numbers and wayfinding elements reference the characterful street lights found throughout the area.

The collateral draws from the building’s black and grey palette, pairing it with a gothic-style font — a subtle nod to Portland’s unofficial motto: Keep Portland Weird.
