 A residential community by Aker Companies, offering upscale living in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Positioned as an urban mecca within nature, it’s built around an amenity-driven lifestyle — with wellness, dining and retail woven into the everyday.

The branding draws on the area’s horse racing heritage, with tailored stripes, golden detailing, and an elevated palette inspired by the racecourse. The parasols by the residents’ pool added a final visual cue — tying the identity back to place with understated refinement.
