BOUVIER, Modern Bistro

 Taking personality and charm from its namesake — the Bouvier des Flandres dog breed — a playful mascot runs through the collateral, adding a light touch to an otherwise classic identity. This modern bistro at The Hoxton, Vienna straddles old and new — elevating a menu of produce-forward, New York-meets-European dishes with creativity and sass.

The chunky logomark nods to the character of the dog, while details within the logomark and collateral echo the curved shapes of the tiled interiors and framed glass. The colour palette lifts the rich tones from the interiors, creating an elegant, characterful and inviting identity.
